The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team captured its 2nd Team Title in its last three races, winning the Fort Dodge Invitational on the State Course in Fort Dodge.

The J-Hawks will compete in the CIC Conference Meet on Thursday, October 11, 2012, in Marshalltown to round out the regular season.
