Online Athletic Hall of Fame / Wall of Fame Criteria

 

The online Athletic Hall of Fame and the Wall of Fame at Urbandale High School differ in both format and criteria.
To be included in the online Athletic Hall of Fame, participants must meet the following guidelines:


  • Team Sports Participants
    • 1st – 3rd Team All State honors
    • All State honors must be from a recognized media outlet or state organization
    • Includes: Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Bowling, Soccer, Baseball, Softball
  • Individual Participants (sport dependent)

1st – 15th Place

1st – 15th Place
Girls Swimming
1st – 8th Place / 1st or 2nd Team All State
Boys Swimming
1st – 8th Place / 1st or 2nd Team All State

1st – 8th Place / 1st or 2nd Team All State

Wrestling
1st – 8th Place
Girls Golf

1st – 8th Place (Individual and relays)

WALL OF FAME CRITERIA

Champions / 1st Team All State Honors


  • Individuals that are State Champions or are part of a State Championship Relay team will have their picture placed on the Wall of Fame permanently and will be included in the online Hall of Fame
  • Individuals that earn 1st Team All State honors from a recognized media outlet or state organization will have their picture placed on the Wall of Fame permanently and will be included in the online Hall of Fame
  • Individuals that earn 1st Team All State honors and/or are a State Champion in multiple sports will have their picture placed on the Wall of Fame permanently for each sport and will be included in the online Hall of Fame
  • Individuals that are State Champions or 1st Team All State in multiple years in the same sport will only have one picture for that sport and will be included in the online Hall of Fame
