The Urbandale Girls Cross Country Team placed 2nd at the Clinton Cross Country Invitational in Clinton, Iowa, on Saturday, September 29, 2012.

The J-Hawks will run on Thursday, October 4, 2012, at Fort Dodge in the Fort Dodge Invitational.  Thursday's meet will be the last of the regular season as the squad will then compete in the Conference and Regional meets.
