2012 Outlook:

The J-Hawks look to return to the State Meet after not qualifying in 2011.  Urbandale once again hosts a home Cross Country Meet on the campus of Urbandale Middle School on August 30, 2012.  In addition, the J-Hawks will compete in the first CIC Cross Country Meet, featuring 11 teams in October, 2012.
