2024-2025 Outlook:
The 2024-2025 season marks the third season for sanctioned girls wrestling in the state of Iowa. Urbandale welcomes students from Dowling Catholic to the team through a sharing agreement. Urbandale opens the season on November 11 at the Ogden Invitational. The J-Hawks take to the mat at the 2024 Urbandale Girls Wrestling Invitational on November 23, 2024.
