The #12 Urbandale J-Hawks (18-16, 4-10) were back at Gary Page to take an old CIML foe the Ames Little Cyclones (22-13). This was a makeup from the previous matchup that was delayed due to severe storms and tornadoes on May 21st.

In game one, Tatum Johnson hit her 7th homer of the season and Bella Oberbroeckling hit a clutch game winning single in the 5th to give the J-Hawks a 1 run advantage. Morgan barry was the starter and went 7 strong. The final was 5-4 for a J-Hawk win!

In game two, the J-Hawks pounced early plating 7 runs in the first inning. Tatum Johnson and Kyra Kain were scolding hot at the plate and Aubrey Schuman pitched all 7 giving up 5 hits and 2 runs. The final was 7-2 for the J-Hawk sweep!

The J-Hawks will be back on the road on July 2nd, weather permitting, to face Norwalk. Urbandale moves to 20-16 on the season.
