The Urbandale J-Hawks (12-12, 4-9) were on the road to take on the Valley Tigers (7-14, 4-10) on June 21, 2024. Valley had a water main break on their field earlier in the week, on top of all the rain that the metro got, so the field was surprisignly playable!

In Game 1, the J-Hawks scored 8 runs in the 7th inning to catapult them to a 12-1 victory.

In Game 2, it was back and forth all evening, but ultimately the Tigers walked it off in extras. The final was 7-8.

With the split, the J-Hawks move to 13-13 on the season. Urbandale is scheduled to play Boone in the Prange Classic at Johnston on June 21.
