Urbandale remains in the Central Conference within the Central Iowa Metropolitan League beginning with the fall sports season in 2020; however, some of their conference opponents will change.

The J-Hawks completed the last cycle as a member of the Central Conference.  In that league, Urbandale faced off with Ames, Ankeny, Ankeny Centennial, Dowling Catholic and Johnston.

Urbandale remains with Dowling Catholic and Johnston, however, Southeast Polk, WDM Valley and Waukee replace the three northern metro schools in the CIML.  This cycle remains in play for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022.
