2012-2013 Outlook:

Urbandale enters the season with a solid nucleus of players returning led by Third Team All-State selection Austin Shappell, 1^st Team All-Conference selection Denny Agic, and Honorable Mention All-Conference selection Allen Lazard in the fold, in addition to Jaylen Alexander and Saheim Razor who shared time in the starting lineup last year.  The J-Hawks, under the direction of Head Coach Brad Bjorkgren, entering his 25^th year at the helm in Urbandale, open at Ames on November 27, 2012.
