Urbandale closed out the 2012 Football season with an opening round playoff loss to Johnston on Wednesday night, falling 58-55 in 2OT.

Urbandale trailed 45-30 with just under 3:00 remaining in the game but came back to tie the score and force overtime.  Both teams scored in the first overtime; Urbandale kicked a FG in the 2nd and then Johnston ended the game with a touchdown run.

The J-Hawks finished the season with a 7-3 record.
